"I have enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much, customer service was excellent and so was food and lodging. I only wish that I knew that I will not be able to use my non-profit tax exept at the time I paid my bill so my agency (I was attending FLAPSE conference)can save on taxes even though I didnt make my registration in time to get lower rate and had to pay full room rate.
Is there any way that this issue can still be addressed?
Thank you

"The "Superior" room was a little cramped with only a small window toward the ceiling which reminded you of a jail cell with no view at all. I would definitely upgrade to a room with a view next time."
